How much parking space is available at the hotel?

The parking is free for staying guest and can accomodate up to 50 cars. we have free valet facility to make this process comfortable for our guests.

Hairdryers are available in every guest room.

Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?

Our front desk can book any tours that you might be interested in.

Do you have special facilities and services available for the disabled guests?

Yes, we have service for disabled guests in the hotel. All floors and restaurants are also accessible by a wheelchair. our expert concierge teamcan assist guests to their rooms. However all rooms are standard and not tailor made for guests with disabilities.

Can the hotel reconfirm my booked flight and make arrangements for domestic and international flights?

Yes, the Guest Relations staff in the Lobby will be pleased to assist with your travel arrangements.

How do i get to the Hotel ?

The Luxus Grand Hotel is adjacent to Aiwan-e-Iqbal, Lahore. Getting to the hotel by car is the best option, Ask you cab driver to take you to edjerton road aiwan-e-Iqbal Building. By car, the hotel is just a 35minute journey from Allama Iqbal international Airport. Alternatively you can ask us for Airport Pick & Drop and we will happy to oblige.

Are your hotel rates dependent on number of people staying in room?

The rates charged are per room although the cost may differ slightly for single , double and triple occupancy.

Does my room reservation require any guarantee?

All reservations require a credit card guarantee or some form of advance cash guarantee.

How do i cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?

Please contact the reservation department atleast one day prior to your arrival, you will then be given a cancellation number as confirmation of cancellation. If you have booked non refundable booking then this policy shall not apply.

Note that not all bookings are free cancellation . however if you fallen in free cancellation category.

How many people can stay in one room?

Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three people, please note that the third bed will be a rollaway bed at an extra charge.

Do you offer discount for a group booking?

Do have a pet policy?

We regret that animals are not allowed in the hotel due to hygiene concern.

All room types can be booked with or without breakfast.

The standard check-in time is at 14:00 hrs and check-out is at 12:00 hrs.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

It is some times possible to check-in earlier, however , this depends upon the availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Do you provide a service for late check-out?

Late check-out until 18:00 hrs is possible, however , this depends upon the availability and cannot be guaranteed. Extra charges may be applied in some cases for late check out.

Do you have twin , triple and quadruple room ?

We do have twin and triple room . However , no quadraple rooms are available.

The hotel have king-sized beds available in the room?

Yes, We have king-sized beds in most of the rooms, and they can be requested upon reservation or check-in.

We have a total of 70 channels in guest rooms in multiple languages.

Do you have non-smooking rooms?

Yes, most of our rooms are non-smoking and are available upon request.
